If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

Please read our simple Returns & Exchanges policy below:

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the product is defective or damaged.
Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective/damaged products.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

1. Email us at support@theprintfactory.in or WhatsApp us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Mention your Order Number, the product you wish to exchange, and the reason.

3. Once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup (where available) or guide you to ship the item back.

4. Once we receive the product and conduct a quality check, we will process your exchange within 5-7 business days.

We currently offer store credit only for returns. No cash refunds.
Store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and verifying the returned product.
The credit can be used on any future purchases at The Print Factory.

For exchanges and returns, we offer reverse pickup where available.
If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you will be required to ship the product back to us at your own expense.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product:

Please email us at support@theprintfactory.in with photos of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will arrange for a replacement or offer store credit.
