What our 2XL actually measures
Our 2XL is cut for a 44–48″ chest depending on the style — and because that range matters, every product page carries the exact garment measurement for its cut. Thirty seconds with a measuring tape beats every size label ever printed: measure your favourite well-fitting shirt flat across the chest, double it, and match it to the chart. The cuts that work hardest
A shirt that skims is more flattering than one that either grips or tents. Our regular fits are cut with genuine ease through the body; if you're between sizes, size up and use a French tuck to bring back the shape — five hem tricks in The Tuck Guide. Full-sleeve styles rolled to the forearm balance proportions beautifully, and a shirt worn open over a fitted tee is the easiest slimming layer there is.
On prints — ignore the old rules
You'll have heard that bigger bodies should wear small, dark prints. We disagree, and so does every stylist we trust: the print that flatters is the one placed well, not the one that hides. Mid-to-large scale prints with vertical movement — trailing florals, brushstroke stripes, scenic panoramas — draw the eye along the body rather than across it.
