Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items should be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. Sale items are non-returnable, except for defects. Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective products.

Returns are issued as store credit only (no cash refunds), processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Reverse pickup is provided where available; otherwise, return shipping is borne by the customer.
